Public Utilities Dispatch Office Renovation Services

The City of Charlottesville Public Works Capital Development Department requires a contractor to provide public utilities dispatch office renovation services in Virginia. The requested scope includes demolition, cutting and patching, masonry wall repairs, removal of existing flooring and base, installation of new finishes, and the removal, storage, reinstallation, or replacement of specified fixtures and salvaged items. To be eligible, bidders must be USA-based organizations holding a current and valid Commonwealth of Virginia Contractor’s License and employ thoroughly trained, experienced tradesmen. Interested vendors must submit their quotes online through the City’s OpenGov portal before 2:00 pm on October 30, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will take place on October 16, 2026, and all inquiries for information must be submitted in writing through the same online portal.
