Giles County, Virginia, requires professional engineering consulting firms to provide engineering services for the Glen Lyn Park and Campground Infrastructure project, which includes designing infrastructure repairs to a campground damaged by flood. The scope of work encompasses bidding, schedules leading to contract award, and submitting sketches, surveys, and construction drawings in both traditional formats and electronic data compatible with AutoCad Version LT2022. Eligibility is open to onshore USA organizations capable of performing onsite work. The contract term lasts until the completion of work. Offerors must submit one original and four copies of their bound, complete proposal, limited to 40 pages (excluding specific attachments) and sized or folded to 8.5 by 11 inches, to Jon Butler by mail or hand delivery by 3:00 PM on Friday, November 6, 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing to Jon Butler before 3:00 PM on Friday, October 30, 2026. An evaluation committee will review, rate (1 through 10 per criterion), and rank proposals numerically, potentially requiring oral presentations. Contract award will be based on best value, with negotiations beginning with the highest-ranked offeror to establish a fair and reasonable price.
