Architectural Services

Timpanogos School District seeks qualified architectural firms to provide design and related architectural services for a High School Gym Addition at Orem High School in Utah. The requested scope includes standard AIA Document B101 services, potential negotiated additional services, and comprehensive construction documents, with all work performed on-site. Eligible applicants are onshore USA organizations that maintain at least $1,000,000 in professional liability insurance coverage and certify they are not debarred or suspended. Applicants must submit completed Certification of Proposal forms, firm details, team qualifications, five client references, proof of insurance, litigation history, and background check compliance electronically through Utah Public Procurement Place. Questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026, and final statements of qualifications are due by 2:00 p.m. on October 15, 2026. A district committee will evaluate proposals using a 100-point scale based on firm qualifications (20 points), team strength (35 points), past performance (25 points), and design ability (20 points).
