Return to Work Program, Fitness for Duty, Pre-Placement and Post Offer Evaluations Professional Services

The City of Atlantic City seeks a professional medical provider to deliver professional services for City personnel, including return to work examinations, fitness for duty examinations, extended sick leave and transitional position evaluations, and pre-placement/post-offer examinations. The required scope involves performing offsite evaluations on an as-needed basis. The contract term is for one year, running from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations complying with federal, state, and county legal requirements, including New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and pay-to-play regulations. All comments and questions must be submitted through BidNet Direct no later than October 15, 2026. Applicants must submit proposals electronically via BidNet Direct by October 22, 2026, at 1:30 AM Prevailing Time. Submissions must include proof of qualifications, identification and resumes of key personnel and alternates, an organizational chart, professional licenses, fees/costs, and a signed Corporate/Partnership Disclosure Statement. The City will evaluate proposals based on cost/fees, experience, reputation, qualifications and availability of personnel, and the general approach to meeting the RFP requirements. Proposers may be requested to offer oral presentations following the proposal review.
