Housekeeping Services

The Cherokee Nation Facilities Management seeks sealed proposals from qualified Indian and Non-Indian companies to provide housekeeping services in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The selected contractor must supply all cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment required to complete the scope of work, which includes daily cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, floor care, and quarterly carpet shampooing or steam cleaning. Eligible bidders include onshore U.S. organizations with previous experience managing similar scope and size. Responding parties seeking Indian preference must submit proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) with their proposal. Questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by 3:00 p.m. CT on October 23, 2026. Bidders must mail or hand-deliver sealed proposals by 5:00 p.m. on November 04, 2026. Submissions must include monthly site cost breakdowns on Attachment A, references, proof of TERO certification if applicable, and documentation of relevant experience. Proposals will be reviewed for responsiveness and evaluated by an appointed committee based on mandatory specifications, technical factors, and cost.
