Labor Negotiating Services

The Regional Housing Authority seeks an onshore US organization to serve as its chief labor negotiator for a government authority in Yuba City, California. The selected consultant will lead labor negotiations offsite, provide comprehensive negotiating services, and deliver final written recommendations and a presentation to the Executive Director and Board of Commissioners. Applicants must submit one single-sided original proposal containing a statement of qualifications, resumes, fee structure, and fully executed required attachments. Eligible consultants must provide proof of required General Liability, Auto, and Errors and Omissions insurance policies naming the authority as an additional insured. Proposals will be evaluated based on the consultant's previous experience with housing authorities of similar size (35%) and the proposed cost (35%). The selected vendor will receive a two-year contract with an option to renew for three additional years. Applicants must provide an all-inclusive fee structure detailing all costs and explicit service exclusions.
