Cleaning Services

The City of Cambridge needs a vendor to provide cleaning services for portable restrooms from FY 27-29. The required scope includes cleaning, wiping, and sanitizing toilet fixtures, seats, hand railings, hand sanitizer dispensers, seat cover holders, wall panels, entrance door panels, and floors, as well as keeping toilet seat covers, toilet tissue, and hand sanitizers fully stocked. Onshore USA vendors are eligible to bid, and the awarded bidder must comply with Living Wage Requirements and provide a Certificate of Good Standing, required insurance naming the City as an additional insured, and Wage Theft Prevention disclosures. Bidders must submit three references for similar services. One contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest total price. Bidders must submit questions via the City’s e-Procurement Portal by 11:00 am on October 15, 2026. Bids must be submitted without conditions or exceptions digitally via the City's e-Procurement Portal or by email prior to 11:00 am on October 29, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
