Delinquent Tax Advertising Service

Horry County requires a vendor to provide delinquent tax advertising services for the Horry County Treasurer. The contracted vendor must publish the provided electronic delinquency files on November 12, November 19, and November 26, 2026, using Helvetica 5.8 Pt font while satisfying Section 12-51-40 (d) of the South Carolina Code of Laws. Publications must be distributed throughout Horry County, including the area east of the Intracoastal Waterway, and the vendor must deliver a complete paper or electronic copy of all published ads to the Treasurer's office. Eligibility is limited to USA-based organizations operating onshore to perform work offsite. Quotes must be submitted electronically through Horry County's eBidding software by 2:00 PM on October 22, 2026, along with the Pricing Sheet, Required Bid Forms Packet, and a signed non-collusion affidavit. All questions must be submitted individually via the eBidding software by 2:00 PM on October 15, 2026. The contract term spans two years, with services not to exceed five years, and Horry County will award the contract to the single lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose firm pricing meets all requirements.
