Custom Promotional Materials Supplies

Harmony Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified onshore USA vendors to design, produce, package, and deliver custom branded promotional materials for community outreach and student enrollment activities. The scope covers two required projects—the Apply Harmony Festival and the Harmony Welcome Box—which include items such as English and Spanish banners, yard signs, flyers, decals, car cards, balloons, spirit shirts, and feather flags. Offsite performance is expected under an initial three-year contract running from December 14, 2026, to December 13, 2029, with options for up to two additional one-year terms. Qualified vendors must submit complete proposals covering both projects, as partial bids will not be accepted. Bidders must submit questions via the HPS eBid system by 11:00 AM CT on October 16, 2026, and digital proposals are due by 11:00 AM CT on November 9, 2026. Proposals must include all required attachment packages, completed forms, sales volume details, and three company references.
