External Audit Services

The College of Pharmacists of Manitoba requires external audit services for the fiscal years covering January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030, with work performed offsite. The scope includes participating in Finance Committee meetings, conducting annual audits, providing financial advice on accounting standards for not-for-profits, and delivering required reporting. Eligible proponents must be Canadian public accounting firms authorized to deliver external audit services in Manitoba, with partners and assigned professional staff in good standing. Proponents must submit proposals via email to [email protected] as a single PDF document under ten pages, excluding appendices, by 4:00 p.m. CT on November 6, 2026. All queries must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. CT on October 30, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated up to 100 points based on firm experience and qualifications, team experience, fee structure and total estimated hours, value-added services, and reference checks.
