Medicaid Coverage Services

The buyer, Monroe County for Monroe Community Hospital, requires a vendor to provide Medicaid coverage services for a one-year contract term. The selected vendor must review eligibility criteria, guide residents and families through completing Medicaid applications and recertifications, organize required documents, and liaise with government agencies to facilitate timely application submissions. Additional duties include monitoring recertification timelines, following up on pending requests, and maintaining detailed records of resident Medicaid applications, approvals, denials, and recertifications. Onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the offsite work carries a best-efforts subcontracting goal of twelve percent for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises and three percent for Women-Owned Business Enterprises. All questions must be submitted by October 16, 2026. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online by the November 6, 2026 response deadline. The project budget relies on incoming proposal submissions.
