Branding and Identity Plan Development Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide branding and identity plan development services for the agency. The requested scope includes developing a new primary agency logo, mark, and brand narrative with co-branding options, an updated brand tagline if recommended, a new corporate color system, design guidelines and a stylebook, and design templates. Work will be performed offsite. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026.
