Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Training Service

Southcentral Foundation seeks a vendor to provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) training services in Anchorage, Alaska. The selected contractor must deliver in-person DBT skills training and core clinical training to approximately 150 to 175 clinicians, offer virtual team consultations, and provide smaller-scale training over subsequent years to onboard new employees. Eligible applicants must be onshore USA-only entities that possess an Alaska Business License, requisite professional certifications, and specified insurance policies, including commercial general, workers' compensation, and professional liability coverage. Proposers must register with the buyer's contact person via email to avoid proposal rejection. Applicants must submit a bid bond or cashier's check for five percent of the bid amount, completed cost proposals on Exhibit B, key personnel resumes, and a notarized Form of Non-Collusive Affidavit. All substantive questions are due no later than October 15, 2026. The evaluation process awards up to 27.5 points for the cost proposal, which requires a time and materials not-to-exceed price alongside fully burdened hourly rates. The contract term spans three years.
