Residential Energy Audit Service

The City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department invites offers from individuals or onshore USA organizations to provide offsite residential energy audit consulting services. The requested scope includes standard initial audits, emergency audits, and final audits across a five-year contract term. Eligible vendors must be certified, compliant with local equal employment opportunity code, and operated in business for a minimum of one year. Evaluators rate statements of qualifications primarily on years of experience and staff capacity.
