Commercial Real Estate Broker and Consultant Service

Missoula County Public Schools requires commercial real estate broker and consultant services for the school years 2026–2031. The selected broker or consultant will assist the district on an offsite, limited-scope basis with advisory services, property identification, evaluation, valuation, negotiation, sale, closing, trade, and purchase of selected school property. Up to four licensed commercial real estate firms will be chosen to receive payment on a commission basis from sale proceeds. Only USA organizations with real estate brokers licensed by the State of Montana are eligible to submit qualifications. The lead broker must possess at least 10 years of experience along with a demonstrated background in commercial real estate. Applicants must deliver one electronic copy on a flash drive and three original hard copies in a plainly marked envelope to 909 South Avenue West, Missoula, MT, by October 29, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. MST. Evaluation will be scored out of 100 total points based on submittal completeness, team experience and qualifications, real estate strategy approach, fee structure details, references, and an interview presentation.
