Telepresence Services and Unmanned Aerial Systems and Drone as First Responder Program Support

The City of Chula Vista needs a vendor to provide professional Unmanned Aerial Systems and Drone as First Responder (UAS/DFR) program support with telepresence operations. The requested scope includes rebuilding the city's UAS/DFR program from the ground up by supplying tactical and patrol UAS fleet hardware and software, airspace awareness solutions, detect and avoid capabilities, and Counter-UAS radar detection and mitigation systems. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. All photographs, video recordings, data, and reports generated through these operations will remain the sole property of the city. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the project budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 14, 2026.
