RFI for On-Premise Tyler Munis system

The City of Asheville seeks information from qualified vendors regarding Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions to replace its current on-premise Tyler Munis system. The buyer requires details across two solution areas: an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning and Human Capital Management platform for Finance, Payroll, and HR functions, and a separate Customer Information System for Water/Sewer Utility Billing, meter operations, and field maintenance. Eligible respondents are onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will be offsite.
