Educational Outreach Services

The Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife & Parks requires multiple contractors to provide educational outreach programs throughout Montana. Contractors must conduct offsite classroom lessons and fishing field trips, acquire and maintain required equipment, and promote wildlife conservation, aquatic resources, water safety, and responsible angling in curriculum materials. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must respond digitally via email or online, accept the state terms, scope of work, and memorandum of understanding, and upload required company and business information by October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT. Bidders must enter the standard agency rate of $25.00 per hour and cannot exceed this amount.
