Instructional Equipment Supplies

The Lone Star College System requires a vendor to supply instructional equipment, specifically a large equipment purchase for a location in Woodlands, Texas. The scope includes providing 2D grayscale imaging, steerable M-Mode, cardiac transducer 3D/4D imaging, multiplane display, color and pulsed Tissue Doppler Imaging, contrast imaging capability, split-screen display, and adjustable cine loop review. Delivery must include transportation costs F.O.B. destination, and inside delivery and installation require unloading, setup, installation, and debris removal. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will be offsite. Vendors must submit proposals electronically through the LSCS eBidding system by November 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT, with prices shown per unit based on specified quantities. Questions must be submitted by October 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Board approval and acceptance of a quoted proposal price forms a binding contract.
