Banner Enterprise Resource Planning System

Ferris State University seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive Database Administration (DBA) services for its Ellucian Banner Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on Oracle databases hosted on Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers. Requested services include installing, configuring, upgrading, and patching Oracle software and connected ancillary solutions, as well as recreating test versions of the production system offsite every other month. Eligible vendors are restricted to onshore USA organizations. Vendors must submit proposals electronically via Public Purchase by November 6, 2026, at 2 PM EST. Vendor questions must be submitted through Public Purchase by October 22, 2026, at 5 PM EST. Submissions must include a complete yearly cost proposal, a signed Information and Disclosure Form, and a signed Bid Response. Evaluation criteria focus on technical quality, cost structure, capability, timely performance, vendor experience and reputation, and the ability to provide future maintenance. The initial contract term is two years, with a potential three-year extension based on support outcomes and university needs.
