International Exchange Student Program Service

Oakland Schools is seeking experienced professional international exchange student management companies to establish and maintain an International Exchange Student Program effective July 1, 2027. The selected provider will locate prospective international students, collect translated educational transcripts, English test scores, immunization records, and executed guardianship forms, and manage admitted students pursuing high school studies in Oakland County, Michigan. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Vendors must digitally submit English-language proposals detailing their organizational structure, district references, implementation schedule, insurance proof, proposed agreements, and pricing via the required Fee Proposal form. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by November 3, 2026. Submissions must demonstrate full compliance with U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Student and Exchange Visitor Program requirements.
