Representative Payee Administration Services

The County of Dutchess seeks a vendor to provide representative payee administration services. The contractor will receive and safeguard benefit payments, create individualized budgets, log and deposit checks, maintain ledger and bank records, manage discretionary funds, and pay essential expenses like housing, food, utilities, and medical care in the beneficiaries' best interests. Eligible USA onshore organizations must perform the work offsite. Applicants must submit proposals digitally via email or online by November 10, 2026, at 2:00 pm EST, and send all questions to Sarah Andrews and Renee Osterhoudt by 5:00 pm EST on October 23, 2026. Submissions must include the proposal checklist forms, transmittal letter, company information, qualifications, and separate 2027 and 2028 Excel budgets. The contract term runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028.
