Mail Remodel Project Services

The Mt. San Antonio Community College District requires a contractor to perform mail remodel project services on-site in Walnut, California. The scope of work includes demolishing existing walls, floors, bases, mailboxes, and T-bar ceilings, as well as installing new framing, walls, finishes, doors, hardware, ceilings, lighting, electrical systems, and owner-furnished smart lockers. Only US organizations are eligible to bid, and a mandatory job walk takes place on October 16, 2026. The selected contractor must commence work on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed and complete all work within the designated Contract Time or face liquidated damages.
