Website Content Quality Assurance and Accessibility Platform Using Drupal CMS

The Government of Yukon requires a website content quality assurance and accessibility platform utilizing the Drupal content management system. The buyer needs a tool to measure and monitor English and French digital services, automatically scan for quality issues like broken links and reading levels, evaluate accessibility against WCAG standards, and assess PDF content. The solution must also offer custom content policy configurations, reporting dashboards, and onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support. Performance of the work will be offsite. Only Canadian onshore entities capable of legally entering contracts in Yukon are eligible to bid. Joint ventures must submit under a single name, and all vendors must register and pay on the tendering authority's website to obtain the official solicitation documents. All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026. Responses must be submitted using the provided Response Forms on the Electronic Bidding System. Evaluation criteria include organizational structure, technical capacity, and expertise.
