RFI for Unmanned Drone Platform, Hardware and Training Services

The government authority in Norfolk, VA seeks sources for fifteen 10-inch digital FPV unmanned drone strike platforms, two Mobile Ground Control Stations, operational hardware, connectivity systems, field support equipment, and a five-day on-site training course at Stennis Space Center, MS. The required platforms must support a 2.5 kg payload, cruise at 40 mph, reach 105 mph burst speeds, feature a 40-minute flight endurance, and include autonomous terminal guidance, dual EO/IR cameras, AES-256 encryption, and NDAA compliance with active DoD Blue UAS Cleared List inclusion. Additional deliverables include backpack-based Mobile GCS units with 100-meter displaced RF link cables, rugged tactical tablets with ATAK integration, auxiliary battery packs, six digital FPV goggles, and two Starlink kits. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors within the USA, with work performed on-site.
