This is a Request for Information (RFI) to assist the Government with planning purposes only. Responses will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy for the Gun Weapon Systems (GWS) program. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) E Department is seeking suggestions and feedback from qualified and capable potential vendors on the proposed hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract structure. Please see the attachments included within this posting for instructions, questions, and how to provide feedback as an interested party. All responses are to be submitted as indicated in the Request for Information Attachment and Attachment 1.
