Property Management Services

The City and County of Honolulu seeks a contractor to provide property management services for the Hale Maluhia Apartments. The scope of work includes janitorial services, refuse collection, routine and emergency maintenance, annual preventative maintenance inspections, financial management, tenant rent collection, and operating budget preparation. Performance of the work will take place onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii, for a contract period of one year. Eligible offerors are restricted to onshore vendors located in the USA. Offerors must submit the required pricing and certifications under Appendix C by the offer deadline of October 21, 2026, at 14:00 Hawaii Standard Time. Requests for clarifications or substitutions must be submitted by October 12, 2026. Bidders must prepare a proposed operating budget and cost analysis for approval prior to the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
