Biosolids Transportation and Management Services

The City of San Diego seeks contractors to provide biosolids transportation and management services to diversify its biosolids management portfolio. The required scope includes processing biosolids via composting, thermal drying, or alternative methods, alongside distributing products into non-bulk agricultural markets such as soil blending, fertilizer blending, alternative fuels, and nurseries. Eligible contractors must be located onshore within the USA and will perform the work onsite. Applicants must submit all questions no later than October 15, 2026, for a contract term lasting one year.
