Alternative Senior Transportation Services

Fulton County’s Department of Senior Services requires a vendor to provide alternative senior transportation services using Transportation Network Companies (TNCs) like Uber or Lyft for seniors aged 60 and older. The selected vendor must operate a real-time, on-demand dispatching platform that dynamically matches riders with drivers, supports trip scheduling, tracks vehicles, enforces monthly trip and mileage limits, and processes secure $1.00 cost-share digital payments. Eligible bidders must operate onshore in the United States, perform the work onsite, and submit professional licenses if required by state law. Proposers must submit one signed original technical proposal, contract compliance forms, insurance documents, purchasing forms, and a cost proposal electronically through BidNet Direct by November 16, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. A pre-proposal conference will occur on October 28, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by November 4, 2026. Proposers advancing to the oral interview stage must demonstrate their technology solution across the entire trip and billing workflow. The contract term is one year, and applicants must provide their own budget proposals.
