Sophos TAEGIS XDR Service

The New York State Insurance Fund seeks a vendor to provide Sophos TAEGIS XDR services, including Taegis XDR, Taegis MDR, Sophos Security Services Retainer Level 2, and the Taegis Elite Upgrade. The contract grants NYSIF a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, or merge the product up to the licensed capacity offsite within the United States. Eligibility is limited to onshore, United States-based small businesses in New York State certified as Minority or Women-Owned Businesses or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 6, 2026, using the provided Question Submission Form, and submit required documentation including the Fee Schedule Proposal (Appendix Z). The contract term runs from September 16, 2026, to November 1, 2028, commencing upon approval by the New York State Comptroller, with a total budget not to exceed $1,500,000.
