The design phase also adds the complete replacement of the Dam Service Bridge and comprehensive modernization of the electrical controls and SCADA system. Both prime contractors and subcontractors are invited to participate in an Industry Day event scheduled for November 2, 2026, which includes an informational presentation, Q&A, a site visit, and individual private meetings. Attendees must register online by November 1, 2026, at noon, and interested parties can contact Eileen Hodges via email at [email protected] or by phone at 304-399-5632 to schedule private meetings with the Project Delivery Team.
