Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support (Richmond) issues this Sources Sought notice as market research to determine if other companies can supply 16 National Stock Numbers (NSNs). The buyer proposes adding these 16 sole-source items via modification to the existing F100 contract, SPE4AX-25-D-9002, awarded to Pratt and Whitney (CAGEs 52661/77445). The contract scope predominantly covers spare parts support, holistic support, and program and logistics management services to improve engine availability for supported platforms. The underlying contract has 9 potential years remaining. Interested parties may submit non-proprietary capability statements to demonstrate their ability to support the required items. The buyer must receive all responses by October 23, 2026. The buyer will use the submitted information solely to evaluate whether to conduct a competitive procurement rather than proceeding with a sole-source solicitation to Pratt & Whitney.
