Introduction This notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal or quote. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. Responses in any form are not offers and the government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. Background The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Clarksburg, WV (CJIS) is issuing this Request for Information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties able to provide and install a portion or all the listed furniture in the attached 'Basis of Design List.' CJIS has a terrace that was recently resurfaced and is planning to furnish the space with a combination of dining furniture, lounge furniture, and shade structures to make it usable by employees. The listed furniture is for basis-of-design only. The FBI will accept substitutions if deemed technically equivalent in comparison to the provided specifications and product data. Acceptance of the substitutions is at the discretion of CJIS. Contractor Qualifications If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Firm Information: Organization name (Legal/DBA), Address, Point of Contact (POC), E-mail address, Website address, Telephone number, UEI Number Cage Code, Facility Clearance (if applicable), GSA Schedule (if applicable), and Size and type of ownership for the organization Provide a general statement of your qualifications, capabilities, and ability to perform the required types of work described.
