Group Trip Service

The Wilmington Recreation Department requires a vendor to provide a 7-day, 6-night group trip to Charleston, Savannah, and Jekyll Island in October 2027. The scope includes round-trip motor coach transportation accommodating at least 54 passengers, preferred non-stop flights between designated airports, hotel accommodations, a complete itinerary, and a guarantee to accommodate at least 25 attendees. Only USA onshore organizations may bid. Bidders must have at least two years of experience in the motor coach business, use coaches no more than three years old, and employ licensed drivers with clean driving records and commercial licenses. Vendors must also furnish certificates of insurance for workers' compensation and professional liability. Bidders must deliver one sealed bid to the Town Manager's Office in Wilmington, MA by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026. The buyer will select the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder based on the double occupancy rate detailed on the Price Quotation Sheet. This price must cover airfare, motor coach transfers, the tour director, taxes, service charges, baggage handling, and a five percent commission for the town department.
