Onboard Video Surveillance System

The City of Knoxville Purchasing Division seeks a vendor to provide an onboard video surveillance system (OBVSS) for installation in forty-seven fixed-route buses and twenty-five LIFT vans or vehicles. The buyer requires offsite work performance under a three-year contract period. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations. Entities can submit proposals digitally via email or online, or deliver them to the City of Knoxville Purchasing Division by November 2, 2026. A preproposal conference takes place on October 16, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by October 26, 2026.
