Audit and Tax Services

The City University of New York requires an onshore vendor to perform onsite audit and tax services for a five-year contract term. Submissions are scored up to 90 total points, evaluated across a Diversity Practices Questionnaire worth 5 points, a Technical and Management Proposal worth 60 points, and a Price Proposal worth 25 points. Vendors must submit all questions by October 23, 2026. Final proposals, including required Forms 1 through 6 and 20, must be submitted digitally via email or online by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on November 10, 2026. Budget details require proposers to submit a complete price breakdown volume.
