Custodial Services for 2 School Buildings

Hadley Public Schools needs qualified contractors to provide routine and periodic janitorial cleaning services for Hopkins Academy and Hadley Elementary School. The selected contractor must furnish services covering bathrooms, locker rooms, gymnasiums, cafeterias, hallways, lobbies, stairs, classrooms, offices, and libraries. Only USA-based onshore organizations legally authorized to operate in Massachusetts may bid. Bidders must attend a mandatory walkthrough on October 20, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m. at Hopkins Academy before moving to Hadley Elementary School. The anticipated contract term runs three years, starting around November 15, 2026, and ending in 2029, though the District may terminate the agreement after the first or second year with 60 days' written notice. Bidders must determine their own budget proposals for the three-year duration.
