Virtual Server Refresh Service

The Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed written bids from qualified vendors to provide a virtual infrastructure refresh consisting only of hardware, licensing, and warranty support. The requested scope includes three 24-core host hypervisors, 768 Gibibytes of memory, a SAN all-flash storage array with at least 50 Tebibytes of usable storage, three-year VMware VVF licensing, Windows Server 2022 Data Center licensing with Software Assurance, 400 user client access licenses, and five years of 24/7 hardware support with four-hour on-site response. Onshore USA organizations with appropriate business licensing and federal work authorization participation are eligible to submit bids, and local vendors meeting specific county residency requirements may qualify for local preference. Bidders must deliver two sealed paper copies of their bid, including a cover letter, a completed Bid Fee Form, applicable affidavits, and a proof of business license, to the Board of Commissioners office in Ringgold, GA, by 2:00 PM EST on November 12, 2026.
