Computerized Maintenance Management System Implementation Service

The City of Minneapolis requires a vendor to provide a modern, web-browser-based Computerized Maintenance Management System implementation service for the Minneapolis Convention Center. The offsite scope includes platform hosting under a registered domain name, cybersecurity, annual access audit procedures, web services integration, disaster recovery, standard and custom reporting, and complete offsite performance. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Applicants must complete and sign Exhibit A Standard Agreement Insurance Form, verifying required insurance coverages including commercial general, professional, and cyber liability. Proposals are evaluated based on staff qualifications and experience, cost of services, ease of use, user experience, and required proposal format criteria. Applicants must submit all inquiries by 4:00 PM CT on October 20, 2026, and the City will post answers by October 27, 2026. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM CT on November 3, 2026. The contract period is for three years, with an option to extend.
