Malaysia - National AI Sandbox Ecosystem Study Service

MyDIGITAL seeks proposals from qualified organisations to conduct a study for establishing a practical, implementable, and nationally coordinated National AI Sandbox Ecosystem in Malaysia. The vendor must map existing sandbox mechanisms, benchmark seven to ten international models, analyze regulatory landscapes, recommend a governance and operating model, create lifecycle procedures, validate the model via tabletop exercises, and produce a phased implementation roadmap. Only legally registered Malaysian organisations or international entities with a local presence or partner are eligible, and vendors must possess experience in sandbox design, governance models, validation exercises, and stakeholder engagement.
