Regional Dial-a-Ride Coordination Study Services

The Regional Transportation Authority seeks a vendor to provide regional dial-a-ride coordination study services offsite in Chicago, Illinois. The awarded contractor must execute stakeholder engagement and project steering committee activities, conduct an existing conditions assessment of demand response programs, analyze case studies, and develop a policy framework, alternatives memo, implementation strategy, and draft and final study reports. Eligibility is restricted to US onshore organizations. The buyer requires digital submission via email or the online NITA Supplier Portal by November 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CST. Proposers must attend a pre-bid meeting on October 29, 2026, and submit all questions by November 3, 2026. An evaluation committee will score proposals based on approach and work plan, project manager and key personnel qualifications, firm experience, and a ratio-based price evaluation.
