San Benito County seeks qualified contractors to provide janitorial services for public restrooms at Santana Ranch Park in Hollister, California. The scope of work includes cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing, restocking county-provided supplies, removing trash, maintaining facilities, securing restrooms, testing lights, photographing damage, and complying with safety regulations. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Proposers must submit electronic responses through the OpenGov portal by October 30, 2026, at 4:00 pm, and all questions must be submitted via OpenGov by October 16, 2026, at 4:00 pm. An evaluation committee will score proposals based on qualifications and experience, technical review, and cost of service, with optional interviews to re-rank top candidates. The proposed contract term is three years, with up to two optional one-year extensions at the County's discretion.
