Custodial Services

The government authority located in Montpelier, Vermont requires a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services to fulfill its fiduciary responsibilities. The requested scope includes domestic and international custody, accounting, and reporting capabilities, sub-accounting for investment and separately managed funds, online reporting and trading services, monthly activity accounting, and daily cash sweeps to an approved short-term investment fund. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Interested applicants must perform the work onsite and submit all questions no later than October 20, 2026. The contract term will run for a period of five years.
