Conference Facilities Services

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency seeks conference facilities for a Stabilization Pond Seminar scheduled for May 4, 2027, through May 6, 2027. The required scope includes room rental, catering, audiovisual equipment rental with onsite technical support, lodging, parking, reusable serviceware, and business center equipment. The venue must be located within 25 miles of the city halls in Mankato, Rochester, New Ulm, or New Prague, Minnesota. Participation is restricted to registered onshore US organizations. All responses must be submitted online through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the event due date, as fax, email, and non-electronic responses will be disqualified. The deadline for questions is 2:00 PM Central Time on October 19, 2026. Contractors must include sales and use tax in their proposed prices and submit proof of insurance if awarded the contract.
