Cartographic Design, Layout and Printing Services

The Missouri Department of Transportation needs cartographic design, layout, and printing services for 15,000 copies of 23" x 49" aeronautical charts. Scope requirements include providing prepress materials within 60 calendar days, printing on 60 lb. synthetic paper conforming to FAA scale and JCP O-91 specifications using soybean-based ink in a 4-color press process, and delivering packaged, palletized charts within 180 calendar days of receiving required photo and letter assets. Only US onshore organizations registered in MissouriBUYS are eligible to submit proposals. Responses can be submitted digitally online via MissouriBUYS or by email, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026. The contract term is two years. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost (40 points), offeror's experience and reliability (30 points), method of performance (20 points), and quality of printing samples (10 points).
