Camera Licenses Renewal Services

The City of Bakersfield requires camera licenses renewal services to purchase new Ocularis Ultimate camera licenses. Bidders must provide brand name OEM products with new components, as substitutions, grey market products, and refurbished items are not accepted. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only authorized US resellers and partners are eligible to bid, and the buyer may request an official OEM letter confirming authorized status. Bidders must submit electronic responses, including line items and a cost file, through PlanetBids by 1:00 PM PDT on October 23, 2026. Paper copies will not be accepted, and no pre-bid meeting or online Q&A will occur. The buyer awards the contract as a lump sum based on electronic bid pricing submitted through PlanetBids. Line item prices must include shipping and inside delivery charges to 1501 Truxtun Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93301, while excluding 8.25% sales tax. Quantities are approximate, and the buyer reserves the right to purchase from other governmental contracts if pricing or terms better serve the City.
