Scoreboards, Digital Displays, Video Boards and Related Services

Sourcewell, a Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, is requesting proposals for scoreboards, digital displays, video boards, and related services to establish a procurement solution for its participating entities. The requested scope includes traditional indoor and outdoor scoreboards, timing and athletic scoring systems, large-format LED video boards, digital signage networks, and integrated complementary audio and control-room systems. Vendors must also provide complementary design, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, monitoring, rental, and removal services. Participation is open to onshore US organizations, and Sourcewell encourages the participation of Small, Minority-owned, Women’s Business Enterprise, and Veteran-owned Business Enterprise suppliers. Interested proposers must attend an optional pre-proposal conference on October 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, and submit all questions by November 23, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Central Time. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal by December 1, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time, and late submissions will not be considered. Proposers must provide verifiable pricing structures, such as MSRP discounts, tiered discounts, bundled pricing, cost-plus markups, or detailed alternative pricing methodologies.
