Cyber Security Services and Solutions

The Port of Portland requires a vendor to provide cyber security services and solutions, specifically purchasing CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security. The Port intends to contract directly with CompuNet, Inc. using an OMNIA Partners Region 4 Education Service Center interstate cooperative agreement through September 30, 2028. Eligible prospective bidders must be onshore USA organizations, and the work performance will occur offsite. Vendors who would otherwise be prospective bidders must submit any comments regarding this cooperative procurement notice in writing to the Manager of Contracts & Procurement. Prospective bidders must address and deliver their comments by mail to PO Box 3529, Portland, OR 97208 no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 19, 2026. The Port estimates the cumulative value of the procurement to be up to $375,000.
