Fully hosted, Premises and Security Technology Systems

The buyer needs a contractor to provide fully hosted premises and security technology systems on an as-needed basis 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. The requested scope requires the contractor to supply all labor, materials, supplies, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and logistics to handle repairs, installations, replacements, and upgrades for security technology devices across agency-operated buildings offsite. Additionally, the contractor must detect, respond to, recover from, record, and investigate any security incidents that occur during contract performance to minimize state impact. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore entities within the USA. Applicants must submit their proposals digitally through email or online, while the agency expects vendors to provide a budget proposal. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on October 26, 2026, and sets the contract period for one year.
