Security Guard Services

Elizabeth City State University seeks a vendor to provide routine security guard services for students living on campus in North Carolina. The contract period spans three years, requiring 24/7 security coverage in residence halls, gated entrance management, and patrols in and around residential housing. To be eligible, the vendor must be a USA-based organization registered in good standing as a North Carolina vendor in the Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP). Prospective vendors must attend a pre-bid meeting on October 22, 2026, and submit written questions via email to [email protected] and [email protected] by October 27, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the eVP no later than November 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. Submissions require a cover letter, title page, completed execution pages, pricing, customer references, worker locations, financial condition certifications, and any addenda receipts. Late bids will be automatically disqualified.
